Hybrid position in Richfield, MN,

Client is seeking an experienced Automation Lead for a hybrid position in Richfield, MN, with 8+ years in Quality Engineering. The role involves leading UI and API automation using Selenium/Java and REST Assured, with a focus on the banking domain.

Responsibilities:
Lead automation efforts for UI applications (Selenium with Java) and API services (REST Assured).
Utilize expertise in Core Java, TestNG, Cucumber, Gradle, REST Assured, KARATE Framework, and Appium.
Work on in-sprint and regression automation, participating in Agile-based projects.
Coordinate onsite and offshore resources, manage customer communications, and contribute to integrated system teams.
Collaborate on CI/CD tools, utilize JIRA, and other test management tools for efficient project execution.

Requirements:
8+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
Proficiency in UI and API automation using Selenium with Java and REST Assured.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience in the banking domain, working on Agile-based projects.
Ability to play a lead role, coordinating onsite and offshore resources, managing customer communications, and leading day-to-day automation efforts.

Additional Information:
Team collaboration and leadership skills are essential.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and test management tools.
Prior experience in a similar role with a demonstrated ability to lead automation efforts.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
