Job: Senior Business Analyst with P&C Insurance and Web Analytics tool exp Location: Boston, MA( Onsite from Day-1) Duration: Long Term Contract 10+ Years Experience is must. Job Description : MUST: Business Analysis, Web Analytic tool, P&C Insurance Responsibilities: Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems or equivalent experience. 10 years of software development including Business Analysis experience on projects where Information Technology was a primary component. 06 years of Business Analysis Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain. Detailed understanding of Policy Admin, eCommerce, Billing, Claims and financial applications along with understanding of various third-party integrations like LexisNexis Prefill, CREDIT, MRV, CLUE etc. is a must. Experience with Web Analytics tools like Adobe Analytics (or) Google Analytics (or) Google Tag Manager etc. is a must. Excellent understanding of Web Service and APIs and familiarity with SQL, XML, HTML, XSLT, JSON etc. along with tools like Postman, REST API and SOAP UI etc. is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to apply disciplined and rigorous approaches to analysis that include object and entity-relationship modelling, state-transition diagramming, and related approaches to custom developed application. Demonstrated ability to support digital capabilities (e.g., development of interactive web-based applications). Excellent communication, presentation and, interpersonal skills. Strong analytical capability: ability to think strategically, solve problems and recommend approaches and solutions. Data Management experience, database knowledge preferred, and experience with MS SQL.
