Apple Roofing is looking to build out its team as they go live with their MS Dynamics 365 integration. The ideal candidate will be the support person for MS Dynamics 365. MS Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service are required. A Dynamics 365 Business Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data for potential business expansion. They identify specific business opportunities and influence shareholders to support business projects, lead projects, and coordinate with other teams to produce better results and outcomes. Tasks will includes configuring, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics software and components in all functional areas, creating new and modifying existing customizations, integrating add-ons and merging existing customizations, debugging any customization issues, performing data conversions, and crafting resolutions. Responsibilities: Provide functional analysis, design, configuration, and testing for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the other 3rd Party/Custom Applications in scope Facilitate business and systems analysis discussions, and translate findings into clearly defined Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Document Work with business users to present, create, and coordinate the delivery of application solutions Become deeply immersed and knowledgeable about core business functions, processes and workflows associated with assigned business areas and projects. Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications. Produce timely and high-quality work product requirements including specifications, process flows, mock-ups, and wireframes. Evaluate business requirements and create practical technology solutions to achieve those requirements. Test and validate development stories to ensure they meet requirements Write training documentation for end users for new features and processes 365 Sales and Field Service are required Top Skills Details Need strong Mid-level Business Analyst with MS Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service are required.
