Role: QA Lead Gen AI Work Location: Alpharetta, GA (onsite from day 1) Duration: 8-12 Months Implementation: Infosys Job Description: Must Have Skills Looking for QA lead with 8-10 years of experience Should have 4-5 years of Gen AI experience with 1-2 projects Knowledge on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and data science Should have very good experience as QA lead and know how to work on generative AI model Should have Python experience Selected candidate will work on Generative AI model for QA testing part and lead the QA team. Should understand different scores of evaluating Gen AI and Gen AI evaluation mechanisms for different types of outputs Should be able to monitor the quality of outputs in real time for a GenAI system Feedback from the PM for previously submitted profiles: Most of the profiles do not have QA lead experience or are lacking Gen AI experience Before sending profiles, suppliers should have additional evaluations and properly screen the candidates to ensure that candidates meet the required experience.
