Role: Salesforce Architect Consultant Location : ATLANTA, GA (Remote) Long term contract Job Description Need Experience Data mapping with business solution We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Architect Consultant to join our team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for understanding clients' business needs, designing tailored Salesforce solutions, and ensuring successful implementation. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: Act as one of the primary points of contact for clients, understanding their business requirements, and building strong relationships. Conduct discovery sessions to gather information about clients' current processes, pain points, and future goals. Translate business requirements into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform. Solution Design: Able to redesign custom object architecture over to standard objects to align with industry best practices. Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet clients' needs and align with industry best practices. Formulate data migration strategies to get current data populated into the new model Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create comprehensive solution architectures, considering both immediate needs and long-term scalability. Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform. Provide guidance on best practices, integration options, and technical solutions to address complex business challenges. Integration Expertise: Able to work with data integration team to map data over from Dynamics Business Central to Salesforce Create Salesforce Flows to fill the gaps on challenging integration problems. Help with updating reports and dashboards to conform to the new object model Training and Support: Train end-users and client stakeholders on Salesforce functionality and best practices. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance post-implementation. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for solution architectures, configurations, and customizations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and solution designs. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Consultant, with a focus on client-facing roles. Strong understanding of Salesforce products, features, and capabilities. Excellent communication skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Data Loader, and Flows Knowledge of integration strategies and tools, such as REST, SOAP, and middleware. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Consulting experience in a client-facing role.
