Seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to work with developers, functional and operational team.

The individual will also need to analyze codes, design, develop, modify, debug, and evaluate business applications/programs.

within the IT Meter to Cash Customer Billing framework.

This position requires strong technical and analytical skills, clear written and verbal communication skills,

and attention to detail and coding best practices.

****Must have working knowledge of CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) application.

Job Details:

Oracle Techno Functional consultant in CCB (Customer Care & Billing)/ C2M and Oracle CCS implementation is added advantage.

Utilities domain (Electric/Gas/Water)

Extensive experience on CCB/C2M modules such as CRM, Billing, Metering, Activities C&C and payment and Finances is required.

Good understanding of third party integration methodologies.

8+ years of experience needed in CCB (Customer care & Billing)/ C2M (Utilities Customer to Meter)/CCS.

Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs.

Understand and apply Oracle technical methodologies.

Understand the client pain points and provide/configure the best practices followed in accordance with Oracle Customer Care and Billing Cloud Services
