Perform database troubleshooting and performance monitoring Develop database related automation and self-service tools for DBA and application teams using Perl/ scripts;-Proactive and reactive management of support issues, including liaison with business users and system users. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of experience with the following technical expertise DB2 LUW-Sybase ASE Nice to have - SqlServer-Oracle-Unix,-Perl,-Power, SQL,-GIT Secondary skills : Veritas Cluster-Ldap-Kerberos-Windows 2k/2003/R2-Query patroller-IBM MTK-Dbartisian The applicant should also have a high-level expertise with our internal proprietary tools and processes including db2ts/syts/Oracle Assist/SQL Assist dbap/tam/kuu/afs/vms/Train and more.
