Need Four REFERENCES Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing comprehensive solutions, with a focus on enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) software. The Solutions Architect will bring expertise in platforms such as SAP Concur and Chrome River to ensure seamless integration and optimization of business processes. Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions, emphasizing ERP and T&E software. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system architectures. 2. ERP Implementation: Oversee the implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Provide guidance on ERP configuration, customization, and integration to enhance organizational efficiency. 3. T&E Software Expertise: Demonstrate deep knowledge of Travel & Expense software, particularly SAP Concur and Chrome River. Drive the selection, customization, and implementation of T&E solutions to streamline expense management processes. 4. Integration and Optimization: Design and implement integration strategies for ERP and T&E systems, fostering seamless data flow across the organization. Continuously optimize existing solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful solution delivery. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 6. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for system architectures, configurations, and integrations. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate internal teams on implemented solutions. 7. Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure adherence to quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post[1]implementation phases. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on ERP and T&E software. In-depth knowledge of SAP Concur and Chrome River is highly desirable. Strong understanding of enterprise-level architecture, integration patterns, and best practices. Experience leading and implementing large-scale ERP projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze complex problems and present viable solutions. Relevant certifications in ERP and T&E software are a plus.
