Position: Scrum Master Azure DevOps experience (Hybrid) Location: Indianapolis, IN Duration : 6 + Months Job Description: Note: Need candidates with recent Azure DevOps experience, local to the Indianapolis area. Scrum Master | Day-to-Day Lead and facilitate various Scrum events, including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, ensuring that they are productive and focused on achieving the team's goals. Perform regular assessments of the Agile Teams maturity and growth. Based on findings, develop, and execute individualized coaching. Advocate for Agile best practices and drive the adoption of Agile values across the organization. Serve as a servant leader to the development team, assisting them in self-organization, decision-making, and problem-solving. Guide Teams on quality best practices such as unit testing, test automation, test-driven development, etc. Maintain and provide visibility into team progress through tools like burn-down charts, velocity tracking, and other relevant metrics. Scrum Master | Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience implementing Agile methodologies and 3+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach within software development teams. Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and their application in real-world projects. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software such as TFS, Rally, and JIRA. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Agile Certifications, SAFe Agilist (SA) / SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) or equivalent, preferred.
