Job Title: Java Technical Lead with IVR exp Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: We are Seeking a IVR Technical Lead for the AI portfolio of products (chatbots/voice) for our client. Must have IVR developement experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, code and lead others in the development of cost-effective applications and solutions Understands product requirements in Agile Features and assists the delivery teams with writing and breaking down Agile Stories and Tasks Lead technical contributor of business requirements to technical specifications Oversees daily operations of multiple delivery teams both onshore and offshore.
