The ideal candidate will have a strong background in A/B testing methodologies and experience working on testing projects related to enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) software, with a focus on platforms such as SAP Concur and Chrome River. Responsibilities: 1 . A/B Testing Strategy : Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ERP and T&E software, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success criteria. 2. Test Planning and Execution: Plan, design, and execute A/B tests, including but not limited to user interface (UI) changes, feature enhancements, and workflow improvements. Work closely with development teams to implement test variations and ensure accurate tracking of test metrics. 3. Data Analysis: Analyze A/B test results to draw actionable insights and recommendations for improving software performance and user engagement. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner, providing data-driven insights. 4. Collaboration: Collaborate with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to iterate on test ideas and drive continuous improvement. Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, fostering a collaborative testing culture. 5. Tool Expertise: Utilize A/B testing tools and platforms effectively, with specific experience in tools related to ERP and T&E software (e.g., SAP Concur and Chrome River). Stay informed about industry best practices and advancements in A/B testing methodologies. 6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for A/B testing processes, methodologies, and results. Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as an A/B Testing Engineer, with a focus on ERP and T&E software. Strong knowledge of A/B testing principles, methodologies, and statistical analysis. Experience with A/B testing tools, such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, or similar. Familiarity with enterprise-level software, especially ERP and T&E systems (SAP Concur, Chrome River, etc.). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple testing projects simultaneously.
