Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and their application in real-world projects. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software such as TFS, Rally, and JIRA. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required. Agile Certifications, SAFe Agilist (SA) / SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) or equivalent, preferred.
