To lead the quality strategy of mobile products, design test plans, lead QA Engineers, and be responsible for the overall integration accuracy. Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers. Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance Works together with the software developer to enhance and improve programs Qualifications - Extensive experience in software development and testing High proficiency in computer technology and programming languages Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows In-depth understanding of Java, Python, SQL, C++ and XML Exceptional attention to detail Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Good oral and written communication skills Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision Functional Testing: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment. Conduct functional testing to ensure that software applications meet specified requirements. Identify and report defects with detailed information for efficient resolution. Work closely with development teams to understand product functionality and behavior. Automation Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices. Proven experience in automation testing with a focus on Java, Selenium, and Appium. Identify key areas for automation testing and implement efficient automation scripts. Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to enhance testing efficiency. Conduct thorough automation testing to improve test coverage and reduce manual testing efforts. API Testing Proficiency in API testing tools and techniques. Demonstrate expertise in API testing techniques and tools. Design and execute API test cases to validate data integrity and system functionality. Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of APIs. Experience in both Mobile and Desktop Web Applications Testing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
