Position - Angular Micro Frontends Lead Duration - 12+Months Location - Buffalo Grove, IL Job Description: Technical/Functional Skills Proficient in Micro front end development using Angular 8+ Ability to drive the development of Micro Front End using Angular experience. Requires good communication skills, written and verbal, with heavy client contact. The process requires interaction with client technical contacts as well as internal business users, strong analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the Technical Stack. Experience Required 10+ years of overall IT experience including the following: 8+ years with Strong Angular development experience 4+ years leading a team of Front-end developers. 4+ years of experience with microservices architecture 4+ years of experience working in an Agile based development environment. Roles & Responsibilities Ability to drive, design and development of Micro Front ends using Angular experience. Ability to build components compatible to cloud and CI/CD Requires good communication skills, written and verbal, with heavy client contact. The process requires interaction with client technical contacts as well as internal business users, strong analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the Technical Stack. Cloud development experience with good understanding of CDN, Caching, Authentication, State management. Migrate existing database to PostgreSQL Generic Managerial Skills Should be able to technically lead a team of 3-4 resources. Collaborate to work in onshore offshore model Should be well versed with agile development Ability to interact with Business and Customer IT stakeholders Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
