You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art generative AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data science, strong architectural skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects. 1. Leadership and Team Management: o Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and architects. o Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. 2. Generative AI Strategy and Planning: o Collaborate with stakeholders to define the generative AI strategy and roadmap. o Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance our AI capabilities. o Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in generative AI. 3. Data Science Expertise: o Oversee the development of robust and generative AI applications. o Ensure the application of best practices in machine learning and data science. 4. Solutions Architecture: o Design end-to-end architecture for generative AI solutions, considering scalability, security, and performance. o Collaborate with the architecture team to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems. o Provide technical leadership in the selection of appropriate technologies for AI implementation. 5. Implementation and Deployment: o Lead the implementation of generative AI and NLP models/applications into production environments. o Ensure the seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and processes. o Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize deployment processes. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of experience in algorithmic product development Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams. Strong background in data science, machine learning, and generative AI. Expertise in solutions architecture with a focus on scalability and performance. Hands-on experience in implementing and deploying AI solutions in real-world scenarios. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. EDUCATION: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
