The ideal candidate will ensure application uptime and high performance for multiple ORS applications, including but not limited to: WebSphere administration, Clarety Customer Support Application, Employer Reporting, and miAccount. Also, the SA is responsible to ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to clients policies, standards, and guidelines. The SA will help design, implement, and maintain Azure-based systems, work with development teams to optimize Azure infrastructure for application performance, develop and maintain Azure infrastructure automation scripts, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure issues, ensure that Azure infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards following clients policies and procedures. The SA will participate in on-call rotation for production support and will be the backup to the lead architect for ORS. Responsibilities: Manage and administer IBM WebSphere. Manage and administer computer hardware and software. Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to State policies, standards, and guidelines. Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based systems. Work with development teams to optimize Azure infrastructure for application performance. Develop and maintain Azure infrastructure automation scripts. Monitor and troubleshoot Azure infrastructure issues. Ensure that Azure infrastructure is secure and compliant with industry standards following clients policies. Participate in on-call rotation for production support. Other duties as assigned.
