Proficiency in business analysis and requirements gathering: Ability to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and prioritize them effectively. Familiarity with data management and reporting: Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Salesforce Reports and Analytics Builder. Strong experience with writing User Stories and Agile development Understanding of change management: Ability to navigate organizational change during Salesforce implementations and ensure user adoption. Salesforce certifications: Administrator or Advanced Administrator Functional knowledge of business process design and six sigma principles. Strong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
