Knowledge of NIST SP 800 series and testing NIST 800-53 security controls, 800-37 Deep knowledge of understanding and how to convey Internal control requirements from NIST 800-53r5 or COBIT IT Audit control requirements/concepts. Experience documenting System Security Plan controls Knowledge and exposure (direct) to FIPS199, IPA, PIA, CMP, CP and E-Auth and ATO processes and documentation Experience and proven articulation of latest OMB, DHS CISA mandates, Executive Order mandates, 0 Trust concepts and goals, NIST, FIPS requirements, etc. Ability to present IT security risk to executive management. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplined and dynamic team. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
