Job Title: IBM On-Demand Engineer Location: Holmdel, NJ or Bethlehem PA (Hybrid)(Locals Only) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Job Responsibilities: Management and support of CMOD environment Resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing requirements Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems Conduct research and analysis; make recommendations. Mentor/trainer and provide guidance and assistance to team members. Develop and maintain solution documentation. Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals. Applying innovative approaches to solve technical design issues. Required Skills: Bachelors degree from accredited university. 7+ years of relevant experience in IBM CMOD and strong understanding of CMOD components 3+ years Experience in ITIL framework and processes incident, problem and change management. Configure, Maintain and Support CMOD reports processing. Experience troubleshooting CMOD issues related to indexing, ingestion, retrieval etc. Basic understanding of Operating System (Linux, / Client Unix/ IBM AIX, Windows) Knowledge of middleware, APIs, DB(db2, oracle) & storage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Desired Skills: Knowledge of OT Exstream & Exstream Cloud Knowledge of OT empower Experience with AFP, PDF, XML, PS Scripting or programming language experience (Java, , Python) Experience working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors.
