Your expertise will significantly contribute to the continuous enhancement of our development processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for [products/services] using JavaScript-based automation frameworks, including Selenium with JavaScript. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to comprehend requirements and design comprehensive test cases. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring seamless continuous testing and deployment processes. Utilize testing tools such as Browser Stack or similar solutions to perform thorough testing across various browsers, devices, and platforms. Leverage your proficiency with the TestComplete tool to meticulously design and execute automated tests. Conduct meticulous testing of mobile applications (Android and iOS) as well as responsive web applications, guaranteeing consistent functionality and optimal user experience. Actively participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Mentor and guide junior QA team members, imparting your insights and best practices to foster skill development. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the QA and automation landscape, advocating for their integration where appropriate. Utilize tools like JIRA and Confluence to document and track defects, testing progress, and other essential QA-related information. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software quality assurance and automation. Proficiency in JavaScript with hands-on experience in JavaScript-based automation frameworks (e.g., [mention relevant frameworks]). Solid understanding of CI/CD principles, with a proven track record of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience with tools like BrowserStack or similar solutions for efficient cross-browser and cross-device testing. In-depth familiarity with the TestComplete tool for designing and executing meticulous automated tests. Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, demonstrated by experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Expertise in testing mobile applications on Android and iOS platforms. Proficient in creating and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Exceptional problem-solving skills, coupled with an acute attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, facilitating effective teamwork across diverse departments. Strong mentoring and leadership aptitude, enabling you to guide and support junior team members.
