In addition, the person in this role is required to provide guidance on proper application practices, administration, and technical analytics as needed to sustain the application. Duties: Provide technical guidance to the business as it pertains the functionality and capabilities of the Vendavo application. Collect and document business requirements. Translate business requirements to functional and/or technical requirements. Liaison between business partners and 3rd party application experts to communicate necessary changes, bugs fixes, and other technical needs. Assist in facilitating changes through IT change management processes. Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure IT information assets are protected. Strong knowledge of Vendavo architecture as well as the applications interfacing with the application. Ability to accurately align on and document requirements. Effectively communicate, interpret, and translation business needs to technical specifications. Strong knowledge in pricing processes and procedures. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in information technology or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant professional experience working with Vendavo; OR associate degree in information technology or related discipline with 7-9+ years of relevant professional experience. Experience in SAP S4 Hana (specifically related to pricing tables). Must have experience with Vendavo to qualify for this role as they will be the lead BA. In depth knowledge of Pricing strategies/ Pricing functionality from a technical perspective (understanding how interfaces work, etc.) Must be adaptable and have the ability to work on both projects ERP implementation and Pricing Transformation project. Experience with mapping functional requirements. Knowledge of excel including using macros a plus . Must be willing to be able to multi-task & facilitate in leadership meetings.
