Please have a look and let me know if you have any suitable candidates Business Analyst/M365 Roll Out Location : Remote 100% or NYC Visa : H1 accepted Job Description: A mid-Senior (5+ years) Business Analyst with experience supporting M365 Implementation (NOT D365 OR O365) We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) rollouts and implementations within large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of M365 applications, excellent analytical skills, and a strong business acumen to drive successful implementation and optimization of M365 tools and services. This role will be crucial in enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity through the strategic use of Microsoft 365 solutions. Responsibilities: M365 Implementation Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and post-implementation phases of M365 projects in a large enterprise setting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and align M365 solutions with organizational goals. Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to identify opportunities for M365 integration and improvement. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for M365 configurations. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure a clear understanding of M365 capabilities and benefits. Collaborate with IT teams, end-users, and management to facilitate a smooth M365 rollout and address concerns proactively. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure M365 applications to align with business requirements. Provide expertise in optimizing M365 solutions, ensuring maximum utilization of available features. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to promote efficient use of M365 tools. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for M365-related issues, collaborating with IT support teams as needed. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for M365 implementation success and monitor ongoing performance. Generate regular reports on M365 usage, adoption rates, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Stay Current with M365 Developments: Keep abreast of the latest updates and new features within the M365 suite. Evaluate and recommend additional M365 applications or features that align with organizational needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Analyst with a focus on M365 implementation in large enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of M365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is a plus.
