Responsibilities: M365 Implementation Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and post-implementation phases of M365 projects in a large enterprise setting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and align M365 solutions with organizational goals. Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and user needs to identify opportunities for M365 integration and improvement. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for M365 configurations. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure a clear understanding of M365 capabilities and benefits. Collaborate with IT teams, end-users, and management to facilitate a smooth M365 rollout and address concerns proactively. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure M365 applications to align with business requirements. Provide expertise in optimizing M365 solutions, ensuring maximum utilization of available features. Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to promote efficient use of M365 tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Analyst with a focus on M365 implementation in large enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge of M365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Project management experience is a plus.
