Kindly find the below-mentioned job description and if interested, share your updated resume at [email protected] Job Title: Project Manager Expert Location: 50% REMOTE - Albany, NY HYBRID Duration: Long Term Interview: Video Provide a short description of the Position: Candidate will provide Project Management support primarily for the Financial Management System as well as various OTDA Business Application Services Projects & Demands. Provide a complete list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: Project Management for a significant project to upgrade the Financial Management System (FMS) suite of applications in compliance with ITS standards. Identify and resolve all issues related to hardware and software for the project. Major participation in the creation, monitoring and reporting of required application upgrades. Along with the FMS Project this Candidate will manage various other projects for the unit as needed. Participate in all phases of system development activities: requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment by the following items: a) Written reports of user requirements are thorough and complete. b) Modifications adhere to prevailing standards, are thoroughly tested and completed on schedule. c) Standard migration processes across multiple environments are followed. d) Maintain system documentation including functional and detail designs. Position Mandatory Qualifications: Project Manager - Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. Position Skill Level: Expert Position Skill Level Description: 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. List all the Position Requested Qualifications: 84 Months of Experience directing design and development activities and assisting in the development and maintenance of a detailed work plan 84 Months of Experience in creating and managing a risk management plan. 84 Months of Experience in creating and managing a change management plan. 84 Months of Experience in creating and managing a communication plan. 84 Months of Experience in coordinating issue resolution. 84 Months of Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and other collaborative meetings. PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master). Master's Degree (a copy is required w/ submittal).
