Develops understanding of Agile techniques, activities, and DevOps methods Uses a working knowledge of DB2 LUW to complete assignments. Diagnoses and resolves incidents and problems within area of expertise. Assists with developing or modifying Db2 policies, guidelines, standards, procedures, and documentation as required. Provides solutions to business partners by acting as a point of contact on Db2 issues. Provides technical guidance, training and may delegate work to others. Drives, embraces, and enables an environment of change fostering innovation, championing collaboration, and ideas.
