PM tasks will include: - Creating and managing detailed workplan Collaborating with other PMs to maintain master schedule - Collaborating with other PMs to ensure OCM/Training/Testing activities are aligned to support overall schedule - Managing the completion of project deliverables and achievement of milestones - Proactively escalating risks and issues that may impact timeline, scope, or deliverable quality Serving as escalation point for workstream issues and risks - Enforcing the RACI and contract terms in day-to-day workstream activities - Conducting regular status meetings with team and representing workstream in status to PMP and Sponsors - Monitoring workstream spend vs plan and report financial health to PMO and Sponsors.
