Provides technical direction for the requirement capturing, application design, development, testing, configuration, customization, systems integration from definition phase of the project through implementation phase. Reviews proposals for technology systems and provides direction including build/buy. Recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions. Creates detailed work breakdown structure (WBS)/ User Stories for the technical teams activities. Responsible for Build, Test & Deploy Products/Solutions to meet Business objectives/requirements. Ensures the timely completion of technical of project deliverables. Communicates effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions. Manages multiple tech teams simultaneously. Ability to influence and build relationships and demonstrate team leadership in all interactions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Technical & Functional Expertise 10+ years experience in a SDLC environment Knowledge and experience with Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall software development lifecycle/ methodologies. Proficient in SQL, Windows and Linux, Applications and Systems design, development, architecture and integration at an enterprise level using such technologies as Cloud platforms Azure, Amazon AWS, .NET Framework, JAVA, React, Python, C/C++, IBM DB2, SQL Server, Oracle etc. Middleware /Integration technologies (e.g. MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion, REST, & MFT) Networking/Security concepts and design practices including ESP (Electronic Security Parameter) , HTTP/S, TCP/IP, firewalls, and proxies. Proficient is MS office, Visio tools.
