Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. Responsibilities: Design high-level architectural diagrams and collaborate with team architects to document project workflows as a reference for developers and business teams. Provide expertise in identifying and developing low- level design solutions, including process flows, sequence diagrams, error handling, and risk assessment. Collaborate with architecture, development, and testing teams to analyze system problems and define system requirements using software platforms like Postman, Swagger, and SOAP UI. Validate results and perform data validation by generating and analyzing various reports. Collaborate with senior managers, project managers, and scrum masters to track project progress.
