Competent in developing Business process, Custom Reports, Security and Integrations (Benefits, HCM and Payroll Interface). Experience in all phase of the software development lifecycle Requirements gathering Analysis, Design, Development and Testing. Worked closely with the Workday implementation partner, for loading and to set up tenant access. Created custom integrations with third party applications using Workday Cloud Connect and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) Created complex reports and Prism integrations on Recruiting, Core HCM, talent management, HCM/ Payroll, performance reviews, time & absence and advanced compensation modules. Proficient in configuring EIB, Calculated Fields and XSLT. Experience supporting Workday in multiple countries. Experienced in loading data into workday through EIB. Experience to work with Workday Report Writer, BIRT and worked on custom integrations with third party applications using Workday Core Connector and EIBs. Worked on new enhancements to Payroll, Compensation and Benefits. Create test cases and process to test conversion programs and conversion data.
