Program 1: DAP Modernization Dec 2022 to April 2024 o This project is a strategic imperative for BCBS to move to a Cloud-based Data & Analytics platform to enable BCBS Digital transformation journey. o A Cloud based Data & Analytics Platform modernization program with a move to AWS Cloud will turn Teradata and Data Lake assets into an integrated enterprise data platform. o Budget: $12 Million. Program 2: BCBS Claims modernization 2021 to 2022 o Modernizing the BCBS claims application by upgrading legacy technologies to current day cutting edge technologies (Java/J2EE based technologies). o This upgrade program consists of multiple projects.
