Back to AT&T team, contributed as a Senior Program Manager role in Chief Data Office (CDO) Data Science and other enterprise level (EPMO) iQi teams managing multiple end-to-end projects including the data management, data intelligence, operations network and cloud infrastructure-based programs working closely with business sponsors, product owners, agile teams, portfolio level planning and coordination with DevOps and platform SaaS cloud solution teams.
Core member of the business team, focused on business product owners in capturing the business requirements, processes, translating them to EPICs, Capabilities and user stories for the development team to deliver in the SAFe Agile methodology. Few projects include the decommissioning of the existing applications in the current data centers and deploy the new solution in the cloud. Worked on a merger assignment to lead business process integration, consolidation of data management, technology services migration into SaaS environments and program management activities related to the merger. Delivered the business process roadmap planning, process improvements, services consolidation for the application services consolidation in the SaaS datacenters for the RNDC company ($6B revenue) who were in the process of acquiring a similar size company, Breakthru Beverage Group ($6B revenue) to form a New Company ($12B revenue - The name for the company confidential and to be shared after merger approval from Federal Trade Commission).

Developed the high-level business process, domain-based data entity roadmaps and detailed requirements to consolidate the business services (from two companies for the post-merger company) in working with infrastructure, development, DevOps and integration teams as part of Business Process improvements, Data Center consolidation with decommissioning of the specific location data centers and Network consolidation initiatives.
Designed, implemented, and customized CPQ solutions to optimize product configuration, pricing strategies, and quotation processes, also managed and maintained product catalogs, pricing structures, and discount tiers within the CPQ system and also analyzed CPQ system data to identify trends, optimize pricing strategies, and support decision-making.
Perform the independent assessment of the PMO with industry standards and produce a roadmap to establish Enterprise PMO for the New Company to provide the project oversight, management and metrics, KPIs for the successful large complex programs execution at the data centers.
Develop the detailed program management improvement guidelines, templates, PI planning inputs, report structures, support and operating processes for the post-merger implementation activities with impact assessment, prioritization to the project executions. Executed the initial train-the-trainer programs, services and data migration between the B2B customers, supply and distribution channels and point of sales.

Managed the full end-to-end delivery of the portfolio, whose mandate was to replace the current legacy reservation system to attribute-based reservation solutions based in Software as a Service (SaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) models. This was a multi data center migration, drive innovation in the industry and delivered a next generation solutions replacing the current legacy reservation system.

Developed and managed the strategic revenue management programs using both Agile Kanban and Waterfall in Revenue Management, Loyalty, Global Reservation Systems, distribution partners, online travel agency integrations, Property Management Solutions (PMS) and point of sale systems including manage the installation, upgrades, maintenance releases.
Facilitated the business sessions related to the Business requirements, Process mapping to Technical mappings, prototypes, reports, progress updates in relation to the overall program plan, Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions (RAID), synchronization of programs at the business & marketing portfolio level on a weekly and monthly cadence.
