Currently, holding the Team Lead in the Project and managing 45 resources in assigning technical
tasks and reviewing the artifacts such as JCL, COBOL, VSAM, DB2, IMS DB/DC, DB2, PYTHON.
Responds to inquiries concerning enrollment processes and ensures accuracy and timeliness of
the membership and billing function. Responsible areas are enrollments (online, batch and EET),
ID card processing, Premium quoting using Enterprise Rating Engine (ERE), billing (individual and
small group), Reconcilements, Refund and Adjustment processing, Invoice generation
RTC/Jira tools used for tracking the business raised defects/queries and provide optimal solution,
reports and analysis within the SLA time. Coordinate with business operations center to make sure
production region are up and available to business on time.
Verifies enrollment status, makes changes to records, researches and resolves enrollment system
rejections; addresses a variety of enrollment questions and/or concerns received by defects or
email.
Analyzing recurring issues, job abends and existing production defects and propose a permanent
solution to make the system more stable and reduce the daily incidents/defect counts.
Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within
the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely
manner. Coordinate activities between multiple technical teams, business units and other 3rd party
vendors.
Understanding the business problem and come up with the optimized solution which will increase
the system stability and automate the existing system process to reduce manual work.
Performing requirements gathering and analysis, estimating time required for project completion,
preparing schedules, design documentation, design reviews and assist in full project development
and provide training on the system and technical functions needed to develop and implement

Automated the JIRA ticket assignment, SLA report, Monthly & weekly status reports using Python.
