This tool also has offline approval capabilities on MS outlook. Impact This tool significantly improved efficiency and contributed to the North American Commercial team achieving a portfolio value exceeding $100 million USD. Contribution Built RMA (Return Merchandize Automation) tool which allows seamless experience to Tech Support team to process customer returns and allowing customers to receive their replacement orders adhering to the stipulations in their service contract. This has 3 synchronous interfaces built with UPS. This tool generates - RMA Letter, Replacement Order, Return Order, UPS Label and Return Tracking. Impact This tool has been in use in North America since 2018 and greatly helped the Tech Support in RMA processing and has recently been extended for Canada and parts of EU immensely improving their proficiency. The return tracker helped customer service in tracking customer returns which w/o this tool earlier lead to multiple iterations with the customer. Contribution Built Quote tool - which allows to consolidate multiple customer SLA's (contracts) to a universal SLA allowing easier management of customer's multiple equipment which helped Inside Sales team who use this tool when on call with the customer improving their turn around time. Impact With the introduction of this tool, it increased the turnaround time for Inside Sales team to track SLAs due for renewal and generate new SLAs quickly rendering significant revenue growth in the SLA business. Contribution Worked on Merger of 2 different SAP systems (belonging to different OpCo); where 6K+ ABAP objects were migrated. Impact Helped the IT leadership to prepare for S/4 HANA readiness and have 1 SAP instance to run on S/4 HANA and support all its Opco s.
