SCRUM MASTER Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile practices and ensure effective delivery across development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Scrum principles and a basic grasp of technical concepts to facilitate effective communication among cross functional team members. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and prioritization. Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth sprint execution. Guide teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Monitor sprint metrics, including velocity and burndown charts. Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment. Communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders. Ensure teams follow Agile values, principles, and the Scrum framework. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or similar platforms. Understanding of basic technical concepts (APIs, version control, cloud, etc.). Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Experience working with cross functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification. A background in software development or IT is a plus.
