Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including forecasting , demand planning , inventory management , and supplychain optimization . Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and innovatively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical teams. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Oracle Cloud certifications related to Supply Chain Planning are highly desirable. Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (e.g., Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Order Management). Experience with data integration tools and platforms for Oracle Cloud applications. Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
