This client is a clinical stage therapeutics company they are working on cures for Parkinson disease and blindness. Salesforce users 20-30. Building Salesforce platform for R&D. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). Experience: 5+ years of project management experience in Salesforce implementations, customizations, or integrations. Proven experience working in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or therapeutics industry with an understanding of clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and drug development processes. Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (Salesforce Admin) is highly desirable. PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is a plus. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms Familiarity with integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical systems (e.g., ERP, clinical trial management systems, LIMS). Knowledge of data management, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and compliance requirements in life sciences. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
