Strong understanding of Endur ETRM systems, including data models, processes, and integration requirements. Experience with large-scale, complex data migration efforts, including ETL tools and methodologies. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with relational databases. Familiarity with energy trading and risk management processes, including trading, risk analysis, and settlements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong stakeholder management abilities with a track record of bridging business and technical teams. Experience in greenfield Endur ETRM implementations. Knowledge of industry-standard data migration tools and frameworks. Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and their integration with ETRM systems. Certification in Business Analysis or related disciplines is a plus. Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
