What they need: Workday Finance Generalist. This resource would complement the current "sustainment team", what they call their post live support team. A true understanding of the GL, related business processes, etc . Because they are a generalist, the best resource should also have a good handle on reporting. The ideal resource also should be able to understand how this will all integrate with Workday Adaptive to ensure they're setting this next-up project for success. An absolute must is healthcare experience in a hospital setting. We need someone who understands how a hospital works and, integration requirements with Epic.
