Expertise in Oracle Apex 22.x+, including Dynamic Actions, RESTful Web Services, and Interactive Reports. Strong proficiency in PL/SQL development, including performance tuning and optimization. Experience in Power BI and BI Publisher for reporting and analytics. Hands-on experience in migrating Oracle Forms and Reports applications to modern platforms. Strong knowledge of Oracle Database (12c/19c), SQL, and relational database design. Experience with APIs, RESTful web services, and JSON/XML processing in Oracle Apex. Understanding of security best practices, including authentication and authorization in Oracle Apex. Familiarity with source control tools (Git, Azure DevOps, or similar).
