The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, best practices, and integrations. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and custom applications. Lead technical architecture discussions and provide best-practice recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions. Ensure platform governance, security, and compliance standards are met. Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to development teams. Requirements: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations (REST, SOAP). Experience in designing ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, and business rules. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
