Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customers manufacturing & business processes. SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability. Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities. Coordination & contribution with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives. Closely coordinate and work with product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations etc. Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform. Techno-functional analysis and impact assessment of changes and new requirements provide efficient and optimum solutions to complex business problems. Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members. Development in Opcenter EX DS, IPL, MOM Connect, Mendix.
