SAP Human Capital Management professionals design, implement, test, and deploy SAP human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment. Drive global, enterprise level implementation of HCM (Human SAP Human Capital Management professionals design, implement, test, and deploy SAP human resources solutions for personnel administration, compensation, career development, performance management, payroll, recruiting and workforce deployment.
Drive global, enterprise level implementation of HCM (Human Capital Mgmt.)/ SuccessFactors & Fieldglass and Finance strategies, informed by the business strategy, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Serves as an expert for the HR IT functions in technologies such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Field Glass and SAP HANA, Other HCM technologies such as Workday Also serves as a key partner to MBS Technology strategies in areas such as Master Data Mgmt. .Participating in Comprehensive Continuous Improvement (CCI) program through bringing innovative ideas, appropriately challenging existing processes, aiming at global consistency Minimum of 10 years experience SAP HCM / SuccessFactors and related applications like Fieldglass is required, including 3 Full Life Cycle SAP Implementations 2 Support Roles in SAP Implementations Minimum of 7 years experience as a Programmer/Analyst, 5 years of SAP HCM ABAP programming experience is required. Hands on experience with SAP Workflow, ADOBE Forms and Process Forms, Design and Web Dynpro, Reports, Interfaces Development, Conversion, Enhancements and Forms development, SAP AD-Hoc Reporting Software is preferred. Working knowledge of SAP IDOCS and integration with ADP Connection and Integration Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. Drives global, enterprise level implementation of HCM (Human Capital Mgmt) and Finance strategies, informed by the business strategy, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Very good oral and written communication skills are preferred Strong organization and planning skills for handling multiple projects is a plus Demonstrated technical documentation skills are preferred Must be versed in client-server and browser based technology Strong mentoring skills are a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional weekends is essential
