This role requires a strong leader who can drive cross-functional collaboration, establish release governance standards and ensure seamless on-time deployment of Workday features and updates. Additionally, they will work closely with executive stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Finance and Change Management teams to ensure releases align with business objectives and optimize system performance. Experience and Qualifications Bachelors degree or 7 years experience in Human Capital or Financial systems management Workday and/or Project Management certifications preferred At least 5 years of software application release and project management experience At least 3 years of experience managing Workday projects At least 3 years of Workday experience with HR, Payroll and Finance; a deep understanding of Workday Human Capital Management and Financial modules is required Experience with OneSource Virtual, iCIMS and ServiceNow strongly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Proven experience in developing and managing release calendars, schedules and communications across different teams to coordinate releases Natural leader and collaborator with a proactive, customer-focused attitude and approach Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority Innovative mindset with a passion for driving leading edge processes and technologies Keywords: Workday Release Manager :: McLean, Virginia( Hybrid) (Local) :: 6 month [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2334938&uid= |
