Lauderdale (Hybrid) (Local) Duration: 6+ Months MOI: Video "Technical writers with financial domain expertise Strong understanding of financial, domain, RASL terminology Ability to take a complex scenario and break it down to a simple story (Strong storytelling skills) Ability to create graphs, powerpoint presentations, infographics to support the response Ability to write clearly, concisely, and accurately for a variety of audiences (e.g., technical staff, business stakeholders, and regulators). The technical writers will be responsible for reviewing regulatory and audit inquiries and must possess a mix of writing, analytical, regulatory, and communication skills. TWR will be responsible to update the Central Response Library (CRL), they must be able to document and update systems in accordance with strict deadlines. Experience with document version control and maintaining consistency across materials. Understanding of regulations and audit to ensure documents meet standards. Ability to interpret and explain regulatory policies in a clear, concise manner. Expertise in writing clear, structured, and well-documented responses to regulatory and audit inquiries. Proficiency with documentation tools and ability to identify gaps in knowledge, ensuring to ask the right questions. Understanding of terminology and risks in banking regulatory reviews. Ability to align documentation with regulatory expectations. Strong focus on accuracy, grammar, formatting, and consistency to produce error-free documentation. Ability to review and edit documents to maintain high-quality standards. Skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including all applicable stakeholders at the bank. Ability to handle feedback and incorporate inputs from multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
